Oct 2, 2025 ~ My returns policy is pretty straight forward. I do not accept returns for reasons like, I didn't like the material, my computer won't play it, it doesn't work on my big screen tv, it doesn't auto play.....
Let's address this. Make sure you understand what you are ordering. I sell USB flash drives, loaded with .PDF, .CBR, or .MP3 formatted books, magazines, old radio programs, and comic books. If you do not know how to use .pdfs, cbrs, or mp3s, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Please, I am not being mean. But if you do not know how to open a .pdf or .cbr file, then there is going to be a learning curve for you to learn how to read the magazines. It is pretty easy, but some folks struggle. I do include a freeware piece of software, CDisplay EX, which is strictly a .pdf and .cbr reader. That is all it does, it reads. .MP3s are another story. NO! The .mp3s do not autoplay. These are simply collections of .mp3 audio files. You will need to play them using software on a device to play them. Again, pretty easy to learn and use.
The only serious problems I usually have are when folks do not understand what they are buying. Please understand, that I am not there with you. So many different computers, different tablets, different audio players, I am NOT familiar with every piece of electronics out there. I know my pcs, and to be honest, that is about it. I am not a computer guru. There is little chance that my knowledge will help you on your pc, imac, ipad, or most other devices.
WHAT I DO CORRECT ~ are smashed when delivered drives. I have only had one replacement due to being destroyed during shipping. That is in over 10 years of selling flash drives. One out of a couple thousand is pretty good. AND I will replace one that is dead on arrival. I have done that several times. Drives are not all that fragile, but there are times when one will conk out during shipping. I do not know why, but sometimes they do. I replace these at my expense.
I have a common sense rule, if I screwed up, I fix it. If you screw up, you are on your own.
